"Top-notch support - kudos!"
I got a speedy reply to my question and a fair price for my gear. After I agreed, they sent the labels right away, so I could pack it all up and set up shipping. There was a hiccup when the delivery guy sent one of the two parcels to the wrong place, but Whybuynew stepped in to fix it. They even paid me in full before the second package arrived. Really great customer service - kudos!

I got the Gorilla Union Jack record box, and it looks awesome until you take a peek inside. The lining seems like it was put on by a kid! For the high price, it’s pretty disappointing. I needed the box, so I didn’t bother sending it back...

Regrettably, my order hasn't shown up yet, and I can't seem to get a hold of your delivery service, DHL. The initial delivery date was supposed to be 29/12/22 - but nothing has come through, and I've received no updates since then. I've also sent you an email asking for help with this.

"Awesome service, but had a dented item"
The shipping was fast, with solid updates and a fantastic price, plus everything was there. All in all, a positive experience. The only downside was that the hooks on the shelf were a bit warped, making it tough to place on the booth. We managed to sort it out with a hammer and some effort, but the box was intact, suggesting it was like that before it was shipped.

"My desk arrived in rough shape"
The desk I ordered showed up all messed up. It had a missing screw, was bent, and the surface was uneven. Plus, I paid for next day delivery, but it took a week and a half to get here.

Awesome product, can't complain at all. For my records, I’d suggest adding a divider, but that’s something I can handle on my own. It's sturdy, has a reliable locking mechanism, and looks pretty nice.
